Hello! Still waiting on Jillian in the mail...ordered the extreme shed and shred....but now I'm worried that it's not as effective as the 30 day shred??!! Can someone fill me in? Thanks! Jen
Is there anyone out there that is going through a Jillian Michaels workout? Specifically, her new Extreme Shed and Shred? I am about to start myself, and would like to relate with someone, and discuss or keep up with results!
