Help! Gained...Need a boost!
:cry: I've been doing this for about 6 weeks and am only down 3.5 lbs. I was down 4 lbs but logged in today and was up 0.5! So frustrating!! I am at 1220 calories a day. Is that too little? Should I bump to 1500? Is my metabolism slowing? I thought by now I'd be down about 6 lbs and I'm sad. Need a boost...
