Slow progres is better than NO progress!!
I am down 58 pounds from my heaviest. From a size 20/22 to 14/16. My current goal is 170, but only because that is the lowest weight I can remember being in my adult life (how sad is that?). The charts say I should weigh 155 at the high range (I am 5'5), so I will need to readjust my goal once I get there :smile:
