I have hit the dreaded plateau. I may need motivation through this bit... I hate the fact that I'm eating right and being more active. But not seeing results. How long does it last? Will my body adjust itself then continue to get the weight off?

I work 2 days and 2 nights with 4 days off... and I'm relatively new to this diet lark. How do people find dieting when working shifts. And what problems could I face.

I am drinking 3 mugs of green tea a day. And losing weight quiet well. Have others had the same effect?
