Question about Goal in MFP based on TDEE/BMR
Hello :) I started MFP back in January and have since lost 40 lbs. I did it all based on allowing MFP to set my caloric goal for me. Well, I have been sitting at the "40lbs lost" for at least 2 months now with no budge. MFP listed my daily as 1320. I always eat back my exercise calories. I've read a lot of threads on here…
