Can i just look at Calories instead of the carbs/fat/prot
Hi, I have been at this for about 6 weeks now and am just not sure if i need to really focus on the Fats/Protiens and Carbs or can i just focus on my net calories? I am sticking to the exercise plan and watching my intake but wonder if i should be looking at what i eat in more detail. If i was to have a sugar treat, but…
