Lifting question???
I lift frequently, but am getting to the point where the amount of weight I use for legs is more than my hands want to hold. Anything above a 25lb hand weight and the grip in my right hand is unreliable due to circulatory and tendon issues. I can use the sled for presses and squats, but lunges are still an issue. Any…

Tired of Subway..
Wednesdays are hectic, so I need to get a descent fast food meal, but just can't stomache the thought of subway today. Any suggestions for a meal with some protien (that won't break the calorie bank) that I can squeeze in between work/kids/church/gym/grocery??? :happy:
