Sit Ups irritate my Tailbone..
So I try to do sit ups and I can but it always bothers my tailbone. They make it rub against the floor and I wind up with a raw patch of skin in a not so comfortable place. (think the way a blister feels after it 'pops' and the skin comes off..) Ya, ouch! Any ideas on how to avoid that?

Getting back on track...
Hey all.. I am Erin. Mom to a beautiful going to be 20m Daughter. She keeps me very busy, but I need more. I use to track my foods, but fell out of it. Now, I am back!!! I hope to lose 18 lbs before summer. I want a bikini body again!! :smile:

Bikram Yoga
Anybody else do Bikram Yoga? I have been doing it about 5.5 weeks now. I have gone about 3 or 4 times a week. I am seeing improvements in how I can handle the class but not really so much in my body/weight. What has/have been your experiences with it? I think maybe it has to do with my eating...So that's part of the reason…
