New to MFP.
Im a 44 year old male. Live in the great outdoors of beautiful Wyoming. Love to run and stay active. Have ran many 5 k's and a couple 1/2 marathons. Training for another 1/2 marathon in June. Looking to get some extra weight off these old knees and joints.
