2nd time lucky!
I'm back for the 2nd time in a bid to become a reformed carb junkie! Any tips on nutriention? I play rugby so don't want to keel over mid game but still want to reduce carbs and reduce my BMI which is currently 26.1. I'm 5 ft 6 and 11 stone 6 (size 12) so its not like I'm fat! lol :-)
