Back at it
Hi, I'm Terrel in Idaho and it's been a long winter. I've put on a thick winter coat of fat and emerged today to start back on my journey to better health. I'm renewing my commitment to a more responsible day of eating and exercising. Wanted to say so, and draw some strength. Thanks everybody.
