I'm 5"2 and weigh 12.5 and is 45. Now MFP said I should eat 1200 calories per day. I burn 500 calories off in my gym 4 times a week. I've just joined and think I've made some kind of mistake on my form when filling it in. Its saying Your projected weigh gain is: 0.5 lbs/week You should gain 2.6 lbs. by March 9 I'm wanting to lose not gain, how do I fix it thanks.
