I can't seem to find what I am looking for to add my exercise. I did a "boot camp"/ training session with personal trainer. Do I have to add each individual exercise or is there a "catch-all" for 1 hour training session. Thanks!
Just joined, thanks to my sister-in-law :) Looking for new friends to help encourage me and keep me accountable along the way. I have a 2 year old and 6 month old. Looking to lose the baby weight and then some and get back to feeling energized and healthy!
