Just curious on what your Macro percentages would look like or currently look like.. I am currently bulking but just started using this to follow my bulking diet.. Just need an idea on what peoples looks like

Just curious, on your macro's.. I'm following this to sorta bulk up to 250 (currently at 238) and make sure I get my protein in... What are your macro percentages?

Trying to gain weight, but Muscle Mass..
I am a 17yo Powerlifter and Strength Coach, I currently weigh 238 and I am trying to do a cleanish bulk not super clean but I want to 250( obviously since its a clean bulk it will take awhile to get up to 250... BUT, What would you recommend for my macro's???
