I just joined a Fitness Center called Pure Barre, which is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat and just finished my first class....and OMG! I felt the 55-minute workout Everywhere!! Has anyone else been to Pure Barre and what are your result stories? Thanks,
I just started this MFP and would love for people to add me as a friend that have similar goals as myself and in the 32 - 40 age range. I am trying to get healthy and loss around 15-25 pounds; any motivation will be greatly appreciated and I will try to leaned the same to you!
