I have never done a 5k run but I thought what better motivation to get into shape. I was looking at putting a team together for the Susan G Komen race for the cure, it's in Columbus on May 18th.

I'm addicted.
I need help! I'm seriously addicted to eating unhealthy, fattening foods. Its all I think about and I never get full. I've gained so much weight and I can't seem to control myself.
