Water Additive: Bored with the plain stuff!!
Can anyone recommend a powder additive to water that suppresses the appetite? I am getting really bored with plain water but have limited time to prep cucumbers or berries. Also, I've tried Crystal Lite but would like something to help me with my snacking. Any suggestions??
