Anyone have tips and motivation for waking up early? It's really the only time I have to work out, but I'm just a night owl. If I exercise at night, I just wake up too much and take too long to get to sleep. But, boy do I suck at getting up early. Has anyone figured this out? Thank you for any tips.
Hi, I'm just starting back up on weight loss. I have about 35 to 40 pounds I want to lose. I had a baby in March 2012, so getting used to figuring out how to manage baby life, work life , fun and weight loss.
