my ears hurt when i run - help!
I've been starting to run with my dog, but my ears ache soooo bad after about 10 minutes, especially when it's cool outside. i want to extend my exercise time and run further distances, but i can hardly stand the ear pain. does this happen to anyone else? is there anything i can do about it? thanks!
