Anyone have any suggestions for folks suffering from this disease and how to help workouts more successful? Seems like I stay at the same weight no matter what I do.
Hi, I am a 61 year old woman with grown kids and am retired. I am trying to get rid of about 15 pounds of unwanted flab. I have a harder struggle because I suffer from hypothyroidism. I am working hard this time to make my goal by Christmas. Do you think it's possible?
