So after today im about 1110 mgs over my daily sodium value which seems to be way to much. i know that canned soup is a big problem. any other ideas to get this down?
Just looking to get a bit healthier. Trying to watch what I eat and get out walking or running whenever possible. Gonna start playing basketball again soon. Realy want to get in shape for summer. im 20 about 6 foot at 220 pounds, would love to see 190 on the scale. wish me luck
