At-home exercise for a woman who comes home exhausted..?
I am morbidly obese but still perfectly capable of walking and exercising, but motivation is a REALLY big issue when all I want to do is collapse when I come in from work. Easy exercises I can do in my bedroom... simple and toning, preferably? *is an exercise newb* Thankyous! ^.^

Just a good day (even with a kitchen disaster).
Thanks to two hours walking whilst food shopping, even with my disastrous attempt at making 'low fat' cheesy stuffed mushrooms (never again!) I managed to stay UNDER my calorie count. Anyone else have a good day today?

MyFitnessPal tells me it's over 1000 calories burned (cleaning, vigorous effort)... but another calculator tells me it's not even 400. I am 350 pounds, I vacuumed and shifted furniture (no lifting, just pushing on wheels and dragging) for about 2 and a half hours. Anyone know the truth?
