I have a food that I can't remove from 22/11/2018- it just says 'unknown entry' and when I try to edit, it says I can't, just comes up with a blank space where the usual stuff would be in the box. Help?

Bear in mind, my maths is abysmal. :s But what I work out never seems to match what the packaging says! Tesco packaging says: '210 calories per portion.' 2 portions per pack. Takeaway calories, UK only. :)
UK peeps, those containers that hold Chow Mein etc we get from Chinese takeaways... any idea the kind of grams are in there, the calories? For example, a plain chow mein. How many grams in the average plastic container and reckoning of calories? I look it up and all I get is cups, which just aint helpful for me. ;)

Apologies, this will be a bit gross.
Trying to figure out exactly what I've lost this week, since last week I weighed myself BEFORE I went for a poop. This week I waited until AFTER I'd pooped, and the weight loss was 6lbs, which just isn't possible after my eating this week. How much difference can a poop make to the scales? Again, apologies for the ick.

I reeeeally screwed up.
So... tips on working off a pizza? And a side? DAMMIT, PAPA JOHNS. Obviously tomorrow isn't at all viable for weight loss. But the last two days I really messed up and I hate myself for it. Basically, my IBS has been awful the last couple of days as I've restarted my healthy eating (after a month of being very VERY BAD). Is this basically my body detoxing?
