Ok so i just got a fitbit today and i used it for like 4 hours and it tracked like 1400 calories burned. How do i keep track of my calories from zumba or walking seperate from my all day calorie burned? Also do i just add my stuff onto mfp and it will automatically go to FB? New ideas for vegetables??
I need help with coming up with recipes for vegetables. I eat the same veggies all the time. I bake or steam with onion powder and it's not so thrilling. Ha! Any low calorie recipes would help. I eat lots of chicken so maybe recipes that go with both?? Thanks :)

What is the average calorie intake for everyone?
MFP has me at 1200 a day. So as I been reading posts I've noticed others saying your putting your body in starvation mode. I'm just curious what others average calorie intake daily?
