I can't stay motivated.
I really need help with losing weight. I am only 19 years old and i'm 16 stone. I have been over weight my whole life so I know everything about food/exercise and so on. I once lost around 3-4 stone by only eating breakfast and pasta. It was dangerous and I wont do that again. I won't lie.. I have tried to do that again…
