Stuff in our fat?
I've noticed something almost every time I've done some kind of cut. When I lose weight fast i often wake up in the night or morning and feel almost as if I have a fever. I never have and it goes away when I get up and going. Never felt it during the day. Seem to occur when I switch to a cut or losing fast. Just wondering…

Front squat or back squat?
I'm thinking of using the front squat instead of the back squat when i'm doing starting strength. Lack of squat rack is one reason. Newbe weight gain/ transition in to heavy lifting?
How much weight do you gain in the transition from calorie deficit to heavy lifting? Anyone who manages caloric intake well becomes thin but those who look best seems to lift heavy so that's my plan.
