best women's heart rate monitor with chest strap?
I know this question has probably been answer only a million times.... but I'm one of the few that just doesn't know! I know I need a heart rate monitor, and that one that comes with a chest strap is more accurate. So, my question is what is the best, and most AFFORDABLE heart rate monitor to purchase?? Any ideas on burning as many calories as you can in a short amount of time? I have a crazy schedule and four children so when I finally have time to work out, I am either tired and ready for bed, or really crunched for time. Is there any exercises or workouts that you would suggest that burns maximum calories?? THanks!!
