Protein shakes not using powder? Recipes please!
I'm a big fan of eating real foods. Powdered protein for shakes is just not something I want to put into my body. Anyone have a recipe for a protein shake that doesn't use anything but real foods? At goal weight, now what?
So, I am at my goal weight (slightly under, actually), but I'd like to lose a couple more pounds of fat around my waist (the last place to go, of course) and gain some muscle. So, how much do I eat?
