I'm a 21 y/o male who just started MFP last week. Loving it and so far have got my sister and girlfriend into it as well! Looking for encouragement along the way so feel free to add me. Currently 5ft10 and weigh 198. Hoping to weigh around 150 by the time I'm finished.
