Day 22
Somedays it is hard and I want a Dr. Pepper, especially when we go out to eat. But I have been sticking to water and only twice I have had a small sweet tea. I can definately tell that I sleep better at night without all that sugar and caffeine. It's the small victories.. :smiley:

Running Shoes
Been on a routine of running 3-4 times a week since December. In the last 2-3 weeks my heels have been killing me. I bought insoles for my shoes, but it hasn't helped. Anyone have suggestions for a pair of really awesome, sturdy, and comfortable running shoes? I need to buy something, soon! Thanks!

Non-Dairy Foods
So, I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat yogurt, cottage cheese, etc...I am doing well with the protein aspects of meals and snacks, but I'm looking for options that have calcium and vitamin d that are not milk products. Thanks!
