I finally ovulated and hoping these lifestyle changes will keep that happening. But during the 2ww (2 week wait afterwards), I feel almost obsessive about if it will finally happen. Any tips to get my mind off of it? I just feel so anxious most of the time, because it's so hard just to get to this point in the cycle.
My husband and I will have a competition to see who can lose the most in 4 weeks. I was wondering if anyone had ideas for what the winner could win. Or if someone has done this, what was your wager? Thanks!! =)
