March 25: Play a sport for at least 45 minutes
I have no one to play with ;) Went for another long walk, and found someone to play tennis with next weekend... I'll have to defer this day until then ;) Loathing the thought of skipping rope today. NOT a favourite. Perhaps I can find the secret happy place of my childhood and that will help!

I feel incredible!! When I saw this day on day 1, I thought I would never be able to "run". But there I was jogging to reach an obstacle (the next road sign)... and then the next obstacle (the end of that driveway)... Walked/jogged 3.7 km in 39 minutes. (just over 2 miles!) Amazing! I feel awesome :bigsmile:

March 15: Take the stairs!
My workplace has 4 floors... I happily took the stairs all day :) Walked down to the basement level for 20 minutes on the elliptical, and just might head out for an evening stroll! Hope everyone's doing well!
