Has anyone ever torn their meniscus?
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has ever torn their meniscus in their knee and if so what was your experience? My physician examined my knee and suspects a tear but I have to wait 3-4 months for an MRI. I don't want to damage it any further but I still want to exercise. It only causes me trouble when I bend it…
