I just want to say that the 3 minutes and 28 seconds I spent doing the Body Weight Matrix was the toughest 3 mins and 28 seconds I've spent on this program.... Can I get some commiseration? (Also, I hated it so hard that I can't wait to do it again :)

Stupid Stage 2
I was in love in Stage 1. I'm procrastinating Stage 2 because it's irritating looking. Here's why: 1- I can be done with Stage 1 in an hour, including my 10 min walk to the gym from my house. Gloves vs. Straps vs. Manning-up
I'm pretty new to lifting and so far i love it hard. I'm doing NROLFW and am just finishing Stage 1. I've noticed that after a set of heavy deadlifts or squats my hands hurt like f***.
