I just signed up for MFP. I am 28 years old and love food. My goal is to lose about 35 lbs and get back to the healthier weight that I used to be. I've tried numerous diets, and fitness programs but my motivation always dies after a week or two. Need some people to help keep me motivated on my journey. :)
