Eat when studying
I'm in grad school and I find that I have gained a lot of weight. I am not grossly overweight but I can consume an entire bag of salt and vinegar chips while studying for an exam. Home Workout Apps??
Anyone used any APPS they would recommend for home fitness/workouts? I like sworkit and it syncs well with MFP to enter calories burned. Tried Runtastic 6 pack but I cannot get it to work right with MFP. Also downloaded MapMyRun. Hoping to start running (or at least jogging) soon!!
