Beginner Runner... NEED HELP!
Hello, I just started using the app called "10K Trainer FREE - Run for PINK" to help me run and so far so good! I'm only on my second week so I got a long way to go. As far as my physical activity goes, I only run MWF for 30 mins. I currently weigh 200+ something. I was wondering.... What other exercises can I do to help…
