System simular to Jillians Body Revolution
Hello! I recently completed Jillian Micheals Body Revolution and loved it. I am looking for a system that is similar that will give me results. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I like how Jillian keeps you moving and it was all around a half hour or so. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have been doing MFP religiously for about 3 weeks and exercising at least an hour a day burning around 500 calories. I eat 1200 a day. Since I have started I have lost the same 3-5 pounds. Do You eat you exercise calories?
I was just curious who eats their exercise calories and do you find that you lose more from not eating them vs. eating them? I am still trying to figure out the number of calories I should eat to lose most efficiently....sorry if its a repeat topic.
