HELP! I'm a failure!
Everyone, please help me out! This is my first post on here, even though I read them all the time. I am 5'4''. I weigh 189 pounds right now. I have been dieting for a month- about 1800 calories eaten per day the first 2 weeks to ease myself into it. Then the last 2 weeks, I have went to the gym 5-6 times a week with walks…
