I want to join the Army.
I am liking all the tools I can use to help me reach my goals here. I am new so this is really cool. Like the title says, I want to join the army but I am 3% overweight. I am suppose to weigh 197 but weigh 225. I have a ways to go. So does anyone have any advice to give on how to be able to 1) loose weight (fat) quickly…
