Exercise and asthma
Does anyone else here have asthma and if so, does exercise exacerbate it? I do and any type of physical exertion can cause me to have an asthma attack. For that reason I have been reluctant, even afraid to attempt exercising outside of my home and alone. I do have a fast acting inhaler but it doesn't always work fast…
