So my goal is to lose weight. I have been on this for nearly two weeks now, and my cal goal daily is 1350. Now, my sugar goal is 27 (grams I presume) daily... Calories consumed and burned?
Bit confused? My recommended calorie intake per day is currently 1310. I am eating my 1310 cals a day but with my exercise I am burning +- 500 cals a day, so this brings me down to around 800 total. Am I supposed to eat back the calories to have 1310 or is what I am doing right? Help appreciated :)
