Why is a daily deficit bad?
There have been days where I've exercised and ate healthy but end up with a calorie deficit. Why can't I just leave it as that? For example I had a day where I did the elliptical for 30 mins then high impact step aerobics followed by some weights and ended up with an 800 calorie deficit after I ate a meal that totally…

Can't get my potassium goal!
I can't seem to reach my potassium goals. Any suggestions besides banana? I've considered drinking a coconut water each day but it won't get me to my potassium.

So much SODIUM!!!
I just finished my 3rd day of tracking and I decided to just track my typical meals.... dear god!!! Sodium is sooooooooo high! This was a defnite wake-up for me, I'm revising my meal plan to cut it down!
