Help! How do I get my boyfriend into being fit?
I have tried everything :( sometimes he does yoga with me. He's NOT fat. he's nearly 6 foot and 132 pounds. He's a skinny little thing. but he has no desire to build muscle. A lot of older people have been adding me lately, and Don't get me wrong, I don't mind :) But It'd be nice to have a group of people geared more towards my age too! I'm 19. (well not yet. I am on sunday... but whatever) haha.

Can Yoga help me lose significant weight?
I can't run, due to physical issues. However I do circuit training regularly and Yoga ALL the time. Wondering if Yoga is a decent way to shed off the pounds. everywhere I go, people tell me in order to lose fat, i HAVE to run. but i can't. There MUST be alternatives...

Important! Should I be counting my fruit calories??
I eat about half a watermelon a day lately. (so good, like candy ahh) but the amount of watermelon I eat adds up to about 400+ calories (ouch!!) My intake is 1200 calories. If 400 of that is watermelon, then how am I supposed to eat anything balanced all day long? Is it bad if I don't count those calories?
