I need some reviews of the different Heart rate monitors out there, I have incorporated Weight training and Cardio so I would like something that can give me readings on the different workouts/exercises that I'm doing. What can I get that will give me the best bang for my buck?
I'm not a new member to myfitness but I'm new to the message boards. My goal is to b 150-155 by February, right now I'm at 172.
