What to do with my kids... ??
My son and my step daughter are 4 years old. My husband has to help his brother move this Saturday, so it's just the three of us. I want to do something active with my kids, but it's going to be 66 and raining.. So what do I do? Any ideas?

Over on carbs and protein?
Well not yet.. I just put in my projected dinner and snack.. Is it bad to be over on protein by like 25 and over on carbs by like 12. I can get rid of the carbs, easy.. but I can't get rid of the protein ??? I always thought protein was good?

Small Victories..
Well today is day number 7 of my weight loss journey. I have changed the way I eat completely, from McDonald's on my way to work, to taking a fruit and a yogurt with me for breakfast (no time to eat at home), from Chinese, pizza or BBQ for lunch, to packing some type of sandwich on flat bread, with a side of fresh veggies…
