So i'm starting the 30 Day Shred today and I was just trying to add it to my exercise on here but nothing came up... How do I add it? or do I need to do it manually?
I'm Lauren and I'm 20. I've gained about 5 stone since starting university and now that I'm leaving to move home I want to lose it! I have already lost 18lbs and plan to lose a whole lot more :) Motivation etc is appreciated
