I hardly ever sweat but if I do its very little. In the past week I have been sweating like crazy. So not like me at all. Could this be a good or bad thing. Why is this happening.

Hi all. I'm new to this. I started my diet March 16, 2012. Weighed in at 170 would like to get to about 125. I'm a mother of 3. The kids sports keep me moving all the time but the weight keeps adding up. I weighed myself today at 161. Looking for friends to help me on my way to my goal weight. Thanks
