Work day walking
I work in Nursing in a hospital and I am on my feet all day moving pretty quickly at times. Today I wore a pedometer and I took 12,486 steps and as part of a step challenge in the past I was told 2000 steps equal a mile. I walk at a speed of 4.5 or more on my teadmill so I move pretty quickly even with regular walking.…
