Weighing frozen food
Just wondering if calorie values for frozen foods like oven chips is for the weight before cooking or is it cooked weight? I think some foods weigh less after cooking

Losing weight without exercising
Back in 2008/9 I lost 3 stone, just by eating healthier, and cutting out junk. I didn't exercise. Long story short, all 3 stone piled on again. Now I've lost 7 lbs in 3 weeks on MFP. I'm not exercising. Will I still lose weight (again)?

Food Diary
I just joined at the weekend. I was using my netbook, and thought I was doing ok. Today I've just noticed that the iPad app shows sugar and sodium in the Food Diary; I didn't see that when I was using the netbook. Anyway, I wanted to know if it's best to use the app? I seem to be going over by an average of 25g sugar daily.

Help with food ideas
At the end of each day, I've calories left over, but I've had too much protein. Any ideas for no/ low protein lunch ideas or snacks?
